CPI Policies

Damage:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us via our toll free number (888) 236-2212 if your package is delivered damaged. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do what is necessary to repair or replace the item.

Returns:

Custom Build items are not returnable.

Stock items are returnable for 7 days from receipt of delivery for refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you need to return an item, call (888) 236-2212 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and ship to address from CPI. Return freight costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All return items must be in the original packaging and in new condition to be eligible for a full refund. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you and credit your account accordingly.

Product Warranty

We build our products to last and we stand behind them with our warranty. The following warranties apply to any product purchased after January 1, 2007.

Retail Product Warranty Information

• Conversion Products, Inc (CPI) outdoor furniture has a ten-year structural warranty. Parts are covered for ten years from the original date of purchase.
• The manufacturer's warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) may need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require minor assembly. Warranty is not valid for chairs shipped out of the United States and Canada.
• Warranties are non-transferable and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability.
• CPI's sole liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at CPI's option, for the replacement of the defective part. Not withstanding the above, if replacement parts for defective materials are not available, CPI reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.
• Warranties do not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other nonresidential users. Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs or service.

Commercial Product Warranty Information
